Your Child Is in Great Hands
We are a Welsh medium nursery situated in the grounds of Penrhyncoch primary school.
We offer a wide range of activities that will enable your child to learn and play in a safe, fun, friendly and happy environment which endeavours to develop and promote independence and confidence.
Our opening hours for nursery are 8.15 – 3.30 for 2-4 years old. Our after-school club 3.30 – 6pm for 3 – 11 years old. Both are open term time only.
Our building is a National Lottery and Ceredigion county council funded purpose-built log cabin and it has been our home since November 2013 after moving from the village hall, where it was first established in the 1970’s.
The Cabin provides a light, bright open space which is divided into the various areas of learning.
Our education and childcare are provided under the Foundation Phase programme.
We are registered with the Care Inspectorate of Wales, inspected by ESTYN and we are a member of Mudiad Meithrin and Clybiau Plant Cymru.
Our standards are set high with our professional, well trained, experienced and helpful staff.
We accept most vouchers/schemes. We are registered to accept Tax free childcare and the Childcare Offer for Wales.
